Is my satisfaction guaranteed?
Yes. If you are not 100% satisfied with your membership you may contact us at anytime and receive any unused portion of your membership back. You will also need to return (at your shipping expense) any discounted hard copies of The Natural Remedies Encyclopedia that you purchased. Once these are received and found to be in new condition, your prorated refund will be credited back to you. No refunds on the $5/7 day trial.

You have 30 days to return the book with your receipt in new condition and at your return shipping expense to receive a refund. Here is our refund policy.
Is my membership ongoing?
Yes, however, you may cancel at any time.
